  • Delivery within Port Louis and surrounding areas: 1-2 business days
  • Other regions in Mauritius: 2-4 business days
  • Remote areas and outer islands: 3-5 business days

Express Delivery

  • Available only in selected areas
  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11 AM
  • Additional charges apply

Shipping Costs

For Buyers

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Package weight and dimensions
    • Selected shipping method
  • Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment
  • Free shipping may apply for orders above Rs 1,500 (conditions apply)

For Sellers

Package Handling

Packaging Requirements

  • Sellers must ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
  • All items must be packaged in weather-resistant materials
  • Fragile items must be clearly marked and appropriately protected

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Claims for damaged items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence of damage must be provided
  • Lost packages must be reported within 5 business days of expected delivery date

Failed Deliveries

  • Three delivery attempts will be made
  • After failed attempts, packages will be returned to the seller
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery
